IVANOVA LEGAL SOLUTIONS

General terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of the website and the process for requesting and accepting legal services, including online consultations and fixed-scope written opinions.

1. What the online request is

The website offers a way to request a limited-scope written legal opinion. The request is not an automated purchase, a payment order or acceptance of a mandate. An attorney–client relationship arises only after the office confirms that it accepts the matter, confirms the scope and terms in writing, and the applicable conflict check is complete.

2. Fixed-scope services and prices

Online consultation (30 minutes): EUR 144 including VAT (EUR 120 excluding VAT). A focused online conversation on a preliminary question, without prior full review of documents or a written opinion. Basic written legal opinion: EUR 240 including VAT (EUR 200 excluding VAT). It covers one clearly formulated question and a limited set of materials, with a written response by email within up to three working days after the agreed scope, complete information and payment are confirmed. Written opinion on termination of employment: EUR 360 including VAT (EUR 300 excluding VAT). It covers review of the stated grounds and supplied materials, key risks and written practical recommendations. It does not include negotiations, correspondence with the other party, drafting full employment documentation, representation or litigation. Where the actual matter requires wider work, a separate written proposal is sent before work starts.

3. Process, payment and invoice

After a request, the office assesses the question, the proposed scope and any conflict of interest. If the matter is accepted, you receive written confirmation, an invoice and bank-transfer details by email. No card payment is taken through the website. Work begins after confirmation of scope and payment, unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing. Bank details are supplied only in the individual correspondence.

4. Your information and the scope

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely facts and documents through the agreed secure channel. The opinion is based on the facts, assumptions and materials expressly included in the agreed scope, and is addressed only to the client. It is not a guarantee of a particular outcome and may not be relied upon for a different transaction, person or purpose without written approval.

5. Consumers and early performance

Where the client is a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules apply according to the actual engagement and the information supplied before it is concluded. If a consumer asks for work to begin before expiry of any applicable withdrawal period, the office will request the necessary express confirmation and acknowledgement in the individual engagement correspondence. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory statutory rights.

6. Confidentiality and updates

Do not send special-category personal data, original documents, sensitive evidence or full case files through the initial website form. A secure channel is agreed where needed. These terms may be updated; the version published on the website applies to requests made after its publication. Last updated: 28 October 2026.

Use of materials and responsibility

Materials are prepared with care, but legal rules and practice change and may apply differently to individual facts. The office does not accept responsibility for decisions made solely from general website information. Any quoted results, examples or topics do not guarantee an outcome in another case.

Communications and updates

Email and website messages may not be fully secure until an engagement and secure communication channel are agreed. Do not send originals, confidential evidence or special-category personal data through the general form unless specifically requested. This legal information may be updated; continued use of the website is subject to the version published here.
